A young girl gasped as she tried to run, her shirt and jeans ripped up and caked with blood. A young boy, looking somewhere around the age of thirteen, had goat legs. The first time the girl saw them, she screamed and kept calling him a donkey boy. Of course this offended the boy, but he kept helping the girl, trying to get her to camp safely. This young girl didn't know who she was, what she was meant to do. Her vision started getting a bit hazy, but she just shook her head and kept trying to go on. Of course he noticed and helped support her bad leg. She hopped along as they tried getting to camp.

               " W-where's my mom?" she whispered to the young satyr. All he did was shake his head and say nothing. This shattered the girl's heart, feeling as if she lost a part of herself. Her mother was with them a while ago, but now the young girl couldn't see her in sight. It all started back in the house and just remembering was too painful for her. The young girl's black hair swept over her shoulders, reaching her mid back as her bright, almost neon, green eyes scanned her surroundings. They were in the woods, hearing the snaps of twigs breaking and the slightest crunch noise as they stepped onto leaves. She whimpered in pain as she tried to hobble over with the satyr. Oddly, the half-goat boy had been silent ever since he met her. As if he wasn't allowed to say anything to her.

                  The boy looked at the girl as if to say,' It'll be alright, you're safe from them now." She cracked a small smile, although pain was written deep within her eyes. After a while, they made it up the hill and the ten year old's bright green eyes flickered like a light bulb. She looked up and saw an entrance. At the top, said a sign at said 'Camp Half-Blood'. She tilted her head to the side slightly, as if asking a question. With the satyr's help, she walked through the entrance. When she walked through, it felt as if a strong force had pulled her through another dimension. Her knees buckled under her and she collapsed, using her hands to break her fall.

                  Few campers surrounded her as one of them went to get someone. One that really stood out to her had raven black hair and sea green eyes that sparkled. To her surprise, he walked over to her and knelt down beside her. Far away, he looked young to her, whereas when he was up close, he looked much older than her. He smiled gently as he said," You'll be alright kid. You'll be alright." Soon, a kid came back with a horse-man. The girl started slipping out of consciousness, blacking out later on.

~~~~~~~~~A Few Minutes Later~~~~~~~~~~
                      Bright, sparkling green eyes fluttered open, scanning the room quickly. There were four people surrounding the bed. The horse-am, the boy she'd seen before blacking out, a girl with curly, blonde hair and a guy with a weird hat. Whenever one of the guys tried to get close to her, she whimpered and tried to get away. The girl was the only person who could calm her down. The little girl looked into the older adolescent's eyes. They were a stormy grey color that made her feel at peace. One of the guys coughed awkwardly and the horse-man nodded. He looked at the little girl, revealing his warm brown eyes that showed acceptance and kindness.
                        " What is your name?" he asked, crossing him arms." My name is Chiron. That is Percy"-he gestured to the boy with sea green eyes-" Annabeth"- the adolescent girl smiled slightly and waved-" And Grover." The little girl looked down, fiddling with her fingers. She muttered something in audible and the others frowned." What?" Chiron asked. The little girl took a deep breath and said," Lyric. My name is Lyric." Chiron raised an eyebrow at what she said. It was an odd name for child.
                          " Where am I?" Lyric asked, fiddling with her fingers again." And where's the goat-boy that brought me here?" She hasn't seen the boy anymore ever since she crossed over into this strange place. Chiron raised an eyebrow and said," There was no one." Lyric frowned slightly, her forehead creasing with confusion. She then spoke again," Impossible. He was right there with me." Chiron frowned slightly. He then put a hand on her shoulder which made Lyric startled, making a ball of light shoot out of her hands and brea through a wall. Chiron stared at her and muttered something. Photokinesis.
                           Suddenly, Annabeth gasped and pointed up above her. Lyric looked up and saw a symbol. A sun with an arrow through it. Chiron looked up and even in the golden light, his eyes had darkened somehow. Impossible, she read, reading his lips. Lyric frowned slightly and tried moving, but the symbol kept following her. She then looked down at herself and gasped. The wounds were gone, even those scars. She looked up at Chiron, a confused glimmer in her eyes.
                        " You are a demi-god," he said softly." Your father is Apollo." It was strange, since she looked nothing like her father. Lyric's forehead creased again. She almost smiled as she quavered," I guess that would explain the name.…" Chiron chuckled slightly and helped her out of the infirmary, helping her with her stuff. All she had was a three journals with a few pencils, a blade that she had protected herself with(or so Lyric said), a bit of bread and a few pairs of clean clothes. She was brought into a cabin and her new family stared at her, probably weirded out by the eyes. Chiron explained everything quietly to the counselor and he nodded, walking over to Lyric.
                       " Hi Lyric!" the older boy said, smiling almost as brightly as the sun." I'm Lee Fletcher, you half-brother. Welcome to the Apollo cabin." Lyric smiled small as she looked around the cabin. She was finally home.
